daily trips or come for an overnight anchored in the Apostle Islands.
Youth group overnight sailing trips available. Learn about sailing, take the
wheel or just relax while exploring the Islands with a partner or a group
of family or friends. Eco-tours are part of every trip, viewing bird life
and learning about the Lake Superior ecosystem, along with rich local history.
We are committed to sustainable practices and took over 1000 people last summer
a total of about 4000 miles and used only 50 gallons of fuel in our boats
and are proud founding members of the Travel Green Wisconsin program. We are
offering a Water
Taxi service this year for hunters and campers on a 24' aluminum powerboat
with an efficient 4-stroke stern drive.
Current Report: Our regularly daily schedule has
ended for the season. We are still doing charters, however. The cost is $220
for a 2 1/2 hour trip and $440 for a 5 hour or longer trip with lunch. It
can be for up to six people. If someone else calls for the same time and you
would like to save a little money on the trip, we can put you together for
our per person rates. We will only guarantee a reservation for an exclusive
boat trip ($220/$440) and everything is weather dependent. If you are coming
for a couple days, we can pick the best weather when you get here and adjust
the date if necessary. If we do not get any advanced reservations, we may
pull the boats October 15th, however, so please call if you are interested
in the weekend of October 18 or 25.
Thursday, October 9 we have two seats open @$57/person for a 3:30 to 6PM trip, weather permitting. The leaves should peak about then or a few days later, in the Apostle Islands. We also have interest for a trip during the weekend of October 18th. If you are interested, we could put you on a list for potentially saving a little money on a trip. If there are a couple other people interested in the same time, we can apply our per person rates, rather than the exclusive boat rate ($220 for 2 1/2 hours)
